It's a phrase not used often enough in Real Estate, but the first thing I'd like to ask when we met or speak. It's a small phrase, but one that speaks volumes. I would like to help you realize your goals, but this can only begin with me understanding your needs. I appreciate that you're busy and Time, these days, seems to be in short supply. If you're truly interested, though, in accomplishing your goals, let's take the time to meet. I'm interested to hear what you have to say and to see if I can serve you in a positive way. If I can't, I'll do my best to find someone who can or to guide you to some helpful resources.
